Meet Katie! Katie has joined the PetSuites team in early 2023 because she loves teaching dogs good house manners to help keep them in their homes and help homeless dogs find their fur-ever homes! Katie has 7 plus years of experience training dogs; including dog sports, training in group, private and stay and study capacities and has an Associate's Degree in Veterinary Technology. Katie is also an official AKC Canine Good Citizen and her adorable poodle Chase is an official AKC STAR Puppy.

Taking a short hiatus to get her cosmetology license, Katie returned to the animal industry to further her career in pet training in '21. She is eager to further her education in the field and to help dogs and their families bridge communication and learn to understand each other better! Outside of training Katie is an Advanced Cosmetologist and loves to do nails and cut hair. She lives with her Bearded Dragon, Charliz Therone, Pit Bull mix, Iyla June and two cats, Addison Zuko and Sifu Iroh. They all enjoy snuggling in the cold months and in the warm months Charliz enjoys sun bathing with her mommy by the pool! We are excited for you to meet Katie!
